THE JOG SHOP was established in 1986 to service the needs of all runners and athletes in the Sussex area. We carry a large stock of all brands and all models and provide unbiased and experienced advice. The staff have a wealth of experience of running and of working with running shoes.

We also carry large stocks of racing shoes, sprint spikes, middle distance spikes, cross country spikes, specialist track and field shoes for the shot, discus, hammer, long jump, pole vault high jump, javelin and race walking events.

The shop has been recognised by the leading running brands and is on all of their specialist running programmes. This means we have to carry all of their key running shoes in full and half sizes.

We are appointed Adidas leading edge dealers, Asics Gold Medal Dealers, Brooks Original Dealers, Etonic Dedicated Dealers, Fila Running Dealers, Mizuno Serious Performance Dealers, New Balance Elite Dealers, Nike RSG account, Puma Cell Dealers, Reebok R.C.
